	OverSeer PMS is a program designed to help you keep
your Program Manager(PM) setup secure.  It gives you the ability
to prevent other users from changing your PM setup.  OverSeer PMS
is useful in a multiuser computing environment.  Ideally, where one
individual needs to control the way PM setup is mainained. OverSeer
PMS is password protected increasing PM setup security.

Before running OverSeer PMS, read the read1st.txt and Getting Started.

	THE DEFAULT PASSWORD IS SENTRY.
